How do you prepare kids to build? What would you do?
My defaults are Lego initially, then programming. But if there's something specific the kid wants to learn instead, do that.

Great tips, thank you! Founders also need to deal effectively with lots of different people (prob extroverts have an advantage). Lego, programming, are kind of individual activities. Do you have any thoughts on how to instill people skills on kids?
