8 yo's school is using Zoom. The dominant theme of their classes appears to be confusion about the mute feature.

Design problem and new UI. One control causes an effect and its opposite. Akin to red/blue fawcet: is it hot when the lever is turned to red and blue is facing or when turned to blue and red is facing. How does it feel to see your kid's "school"?

Encouraging. His teacher is unbelievably kind and patient. But it's surprising how patient one has to be to teach a class of 8 yos. It seems much harder than teaching things to a single 8 yo.
