Yes, I would have thought a school/uni would be the ideal place to educate a student with racist views.
You also stop them from learning that they're mistaken, and indeed probably make their beliefs even more hardened.

There are plenty of college-educated racists out there. Just saying... I saw quite a few of them in my college years. Some were in Academia. Racism is not a function of a lack of formal education. It is a character/moral development trait.
