A lot of killings by cops in the U.S. are sucide-by-cops, especially of white and American Indians victims. Is that a thing in Norway?
I'm sure it isn't. It would be the world's most frustrating way to attempt suicide, to try to get yourself killed by someone who doesn't want to, and has spent 3 years being trained in ways to avoid it.

Both dead men in my neighborhood were white, so nobody in the media cared that they perhaps didn't need to be killed. Eventually, a judge award the survivors $3 million for shooting an 18 year old violist, but that was the first time the L.A. Times gave this case much coverage.
