I'm not saying it's as easy to police America as Norway. But I bet a Norwegian police chief looking at how US police departments are run would immediately see big mistakes that should be fixed.

If you want to figure out how to reform the police in America, surely the starting point should be to look at countries where policing actually works. Instead of cooking up wacky home-grown solutions, try asking some Norwegian police chiefs what to do.

Or, if we're really looking for solutions, play the long game and demand "diversity of political representation" in universities. If speech were truly respected and protected on campus, it would slowly disinfect society.
