"Smart home" is underrated imo. It's just the current set of "smart" appliances aren't that useful yet -- but the popularity of Alexa shows we're getting there.

I think there is some market education needed on security too. People take any technology breach in the world as a red flag for the technology they use and as a result become risk averse.

@paulg 2 things hinder the next form of digital revolution: 1) security: they‘re built to ease our lives not increase our digital surface of attack 2) true fusion: one where ‘smart’ devices work together towards a singular ‘smart’ home Whoever gets this balance, wins!
