Have a look at Taiwan. No lockdown. Very few deaths. Try to escape the fixed idea that there is a hard dilemma here. You do not have to destroy the economy to save lives. Face masks and keeping people with fever or symptoms out of work/shops/trains/school seem important.

Taiwan locked down so early that they didn’t allow the virus to spread in the first place. Sweden is realizing now what Taiwan and India realized in January that its best to lockdown at the earliest. Sweden and UK just volunteered to be the hosts for the virus. So stupid!
