      The systemic racism and injustice in America is not ok. I stand with the black community to fight for justice. It's 2020 and we have to do better. It’s our responsibility to change the system.

      As a first step, at Amplitude we’re going to support organizations like The Bail Project, a non profit organization focused on preventing incarceration and combating racial and economic disparities in the bail system. If you have other good organizations please send them my way.

      I recommend http://Recidiviz.org , a YC nonprofit focused on decarceration. They're very effective. A lot of YC partners, including me, have donated to them.

      Their site doesn't seem as appealing to donors as it could, because it's aimed at the states they want to work with. But that is a good thing.
