What Trump doesn't get is that if he hits Twitter hard enough to damage it, users will just switch to a Twitter clone based in some country outside his reach. He's not fighting Twitter. He's fighting possible Twitters. That's a much more powerful adversary.

Does the HQ need to move or just the tax entity? A lot of commodity companies operate at a different place, but the tax entity is essentially a post box out of Luxembourg?

If twitter has to move then the logical step is that Trump follows China and just bans twitter. American users cant access twitter and a government controlled replacement (or more likely a fb product) steps in and fillls twitters void. Crazy this is a real scenario...
