We don't really know. Far future travel would likely be only interest-based/touristic. This is taking us precisely there, although in a painful way. Business travel for example, dead.

I think travel would eventually see some democratization Local travel > exotic destinations. Peace and adventure > culture and immersion Hipcamp > Airbnb Mental wellness retreats > Luxury excursions
