People who don't like being tracked by facial recognition systems will have an excuse for wearing facemasks for at least several years after the epidemic ends.

Actually, that suggests a way to get people on the far right to wear facemasks. Remind them that the deep state is tracking their every move with face recognition. But fortunately they're free, as Americans, to frustrate this using masks...

The Obama administration secretly installed cameras in all public places. They’re tracking you with facial recognition technology. WEAR A MASK THAT COVERS YOUR MOUTH AND NOSE SO YOU CAN’T BE TRACKED. Please retweet and like to spread to all the true patriots! 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

Would be a veeery difficult problem to solve, as we are reducing quite a lot of the data points computer vision systems use to recognize folks.

But what about the genetic modifications the deep state has done to sheep so that were made so that every fiber of masks has RFID tracking tech built in? I guess they'll have to embrace recycling, too, to keep up the supply of legacy cotton.

So not wanting the government to track your every move is now "far right"? Just goes to show how far we have moved away from the principles upon which the country was founded...

It also suggests another viral origin story for the conspiracy theorists - the fear of the pandemic and/ or the novel Coronavirus outbreak itself was created by “those” who want to support mask wearing protestors.
