I’m not sure how effective a dual approach of remote and office will be. It could get very tricky when it comes to how people get paid/promoted. If YC was both on-site and remote, would founders really choose remote?

“remote first” a bold move? Swimming with the tide is easier & this is signaling that companies (almost all tech) are sending out. I think a contrarian view would be to double down on an office. I’m not convinced this is better it might be safer in the near term, but that’s it
