People think of remote work as a way to work for tech cos without having to live in SF. But maybe it's the way the tech cos themselves can escape SF.

Top talent will also start moving out of SF. Then how will companies distinguish top talent when everyone becomes more geographically distributed, resulting in larger talent pool?

Would that also make it easier for companies based in other parts of the world to recruit SF talent ? For example a company based out of London now has a much larger talent pool to access.
