Weird potential idea: competence tourism. E.g. Goldman Sachs has a bunch of people who really need to work in an office together. They can't in the US because of the coronavirus. So instead they all go and work for a while in a country where they can, like Taiwan.

Why not *competence borrowed* where they can onboard the best available on a humanIPO model... to fill immediate gaps from their own country (at least country borders are addressed).

But, by definition, they are coming from an incompetent country. So, the promise of quarantine in the US doesn't hold any weight. So, Taiwan, being competent, will and should definitely ban entry.

If I arrive in Taiwan now, I can't work together with colleagues in an office for 14 days. If I stay in the US, I also can't work with colleagues in an office for 14 days, and probably a good deal longer.
