Q’s inclusion in the alphabet is a mystery. Aesthetically pleasing but absurdly limited in utility. Its enslavement to u is a major vulnerability. Only ranked this high because of its humility, scarcity and of course the kickstand.

Were he seeking a serious answer, this would be the beginning of the correct one. It's why the Semitic alphabet borrowed into Greek->Etruscan->Latin->English and instantiated in Hebrew and Arabic distinguishes qof from kaf. But I don't think he wants a serious answer.
