Not just created, but paid for (upfront), shipped, and distributed. Normal channels (hospital buyers) aren't prepared to find or buy directly from newly re-tooled factories overseas. Existing supply chains to the rescue.

I believe we are doing it wrong. We are trying to create massive amounts of DISPOSABLE PPE when we should be focused on producing REUSABLE PPE. The volume would be much lower, and penetration can be faster.
