      I can believe Trump et al capable of just about anything, but I asked an expert and he said he's heard of zero actual instances of feds seizing PPE. So the only story here is "IL governor has unjustified fear," which is not much of a story.

      Buying something that someone else hoped to buy is not seizing it from them. Nor, incidentally, are ventilators PPE.
