Is it because the intelligence in unstructured environment like entrepreneurship is embedded in the emergent environment ( people, tools and resources) and not essentially in the brain of the entrepreneur.

Agreed. Reminds me of a core value we used to have a start-up I worked at (
@Shuttl_Ind). 'Velocity' over 'Speed'. Because just speed could lead us in the wrong direction very quickly if not accompanied by the right kind of decisions.
