My visual observation of the world in general, as well as looking back at my not so distant past — I can confirm that 20-24yos are the dumbest segment of any population in the history of the earth there's a ton of sarcasm in my tweet
but there's some truth to it -
I think teenagers are dumber, but in a matter like this, more under the control of their parents.

I suspect the mode age of confirmed infection is a good measure of how much a country/state is testing: 20s = better testing, 60+ = only testing the sickest.
