Meaning the separation, or rapidly adding new hospital capacity? Both are happening to a degree in various western cities, just with a slightly different and less severe pattern. E.g. convention centre hospitals used to divert non-Covid patients from Covid-beleaguered hospitals.

Without a doubt - my family is full of doctors and when this began the first thing they said is don’t get sick or injured because we will not take you to the hospital. Further, some aren’t even staying at home because they don’t want to risk transmission to the family
