Interesting idea but couldn’t board change the bylaws at a later date anyways? Not sure if this is the same situation but Etsy was a B-Corp but now that they’re public, they’re letting go of that certification if they haven’t already.

The public are placing healthcare workers on a plinth, effectively volunteering many to martyrdom (on their behalf). They’re not soldiers, just people. Out of fear of being ostracised, our cheering is pressuring them into this danger. Figuring out how to be supportive is complex.

Whistleblowers are an integral part of American society yet our institutions typically silence & punish them. Kinda troubling right? Shoutout to them for sure

I was about to say one solution is to develop monetization models that support whistleblowing but then it hit me that that was what Wikileaks did. And we saw how that turned out
