What are some good interview questions to quickly find out how "senior" someone is?

Still, beware false positives. (I once failed a https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lanterman%E2%80%93Petris%E2%80%93Short_Act#5150_Hold … interview when they asked what month it was and I said "January." It was February 1—I think they should have cut me a break rather than throwing me in psychiatric prison.

My last name is similar to a famous athlete. As my 90 y/o gma's Alzheimer's set in, she would ask my dad, "How did the game go?" He'd joke, "It went great! It's wonderful to be young again." She'd respond, "Yea, glad I'm not one of those seniors yet."

Haha! My company uses the word "senior" for engineers but it makes me cringe actually.. We should use levels or a better word.
