What kind of Covid-19 data are you collecting? From the site it looks like individual surveys. Any more?

We're currently collecting symptoms data working with providers who haven't had access to granular symptoms data across demographics yet. Especially a problem for smaller providers where HIEs weren't being helpful. We launched it yesterday and have a couple dozen so far.
