It’s never a problem until it kills 2000+ Americans (same approx number in Pearl Harbor and 9/11 too)

War killed everyone evenly. This doesn’t. Difficult to convey urgency unless cable TV gets creative. There’s no fire, distress, suffering, blood or any such stuff to shock the brain. Numbers aren’t helping.
