Cuomo hasn’t been saying, ‘send us thousands of ventilators so we can stockpile them for later.’ He’s been suggesting they’re out of ventilators & Trump is to blame for the shortfall. But, apparently, Trump’s team has stayed ahead of the ventilator shortage, at least till now.

Actually every 4.7 days according to Cuomo. And hoarding 1000’s of vents while other stated like CA need them as well. If nothing else,
