I am pre-revenue in a prototyping phase... How should I think differently?
Err on the side of making something that won't cost you much to produce and sell, especially upfront. Which in most cases means something that won't require a lot of employees initially.

Michelle you are actually in an enviable position. I assume that you do not have much expenses right now. So keep it that way and try to grow top line without building a full time team. I am doing this right now myself. My 4th startup. everyone working for equity.

Yeah... Honestly I've been feeling beyond lucky. Was planning to be building solo during this time anyway. But nervous for what comes next. I left my job in a very different world.
