If so that would be useful, as I expect the next pandemic will be end of 2020 for the second round of coronavirus.

To think we’ll be well prepared, you’ve got to presume that there will be redundancy built-in. Unfortunately that gets thrown out as soon as cost-cutting measures and narrow efficiency metrics come into play. Proper hand-washing is itself a form of redundancy.
