If there isn't, getting out of lockdown entails two steps: ending denial that this is necessary, and creating the infrastructure to actually do it. And there is no reason to wait. Think of the cost of each day of waiting.

At the same time, safety measures will be ramped up in various work environments to allow people to return to their work. Same for other environments. It's not that difficult to see how it could work. Great effort, though.

Yes, instant, repeatable, inexpensive home testing for antibodies. The question is whether people can self-enforce isolation. If not, it needs to be official drive-thru testing.

Not viable anymore. SK started with a few cases; US has 40,000+. Impossible to do tracing of contaminated individuals. Masks, strict lockdown and social distance might help minimize the toll
