        That is truly amazing! And it gives hope...at a time when NYC infections are at 1,500 per million population, higher than Italy’s at 1,100.

        Hey @paulg would these go through any FDA process or go straight into patients once this amazing in vitro research shows 2 of them kill the virus?

        Only drugs that can be prescribed off-label were considered, specifically so they could be used in efficacy trials immediately. Those trials can take weeks, AFAIK, though I am not an expert in FDA approval processes.
