  For sure. In a way, coronavirus is one of the best things that could happen to the online industry. There will be a lot of new adopters across the landscape (and from almost ALL demographics) that will remain users even after this mess passes.

  I’ve always tried to do code interviews on a computer because... real engineering doesn’t happen on a whiteboard it just purposely throws otherwise good candidates off

  It will go back very quickly. The expressive power of a text box is very limiting, only 1-dimensional problems. You can't sketch a table or a state tree. Can't gracefully interrupt the other person over a laggy/glitchy connection. Tons of misunderstandings, among other problems.
