Alarming phenomenon I'm noticing: people thinking they've had the coronavirus (maybe they did, maybe it was just some flulike illness) and that they are now immune. Another reason to increase testing dramatically.

If I want to start my own health club chain but there are so many big health club chains(like anytime fitness) already available all over the world, Is it a bad idea? Because there will be so much competition? What's your view on this sir?

As long as you have a new perspective, you should be able to carve a space for yourself. Google was started when AOL/Altavista was all the rage. Facebook took off despite of MySpace. Whatever you're trying to do, just do 10x better than your competitor.

I agree with both. As a founder, following
@paulg advice increases your chances of being a "tens millionaire". As a large VC, looking for lottery tickets on decacorns, priorities differ somewhat.

Y Combinator has excellent resources on how to start a startup on YouTube, check out https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLQ-uHSnFig5OMuEYI4rnNz08BIHxhxdHG … as for marketing it seems Y Combinator's advice is in general avoid paying for social media marketing as it can obscure an important feedback signal for the startup.
