Yes. The issue is that for a private sector to prepare, they need to be able to price hike when demand hikes. But that is what we don’t want. Central planning does not mean full control but aggressive contracting in this case.

I will believe that this, a large enough supply of masks, plus scaling testing technology (quantity & timewise) will help the West to defeat
