Self Isolation seems to be the best bet right now. We should plan for smart social distancing. Commerce bodies should come up with innovative ideas. For example can't Uber drivers double up as last mile delivery staff

That's what many Health Departments have been ignoring. If asymptomatic, those thermal scanners have been and will be useless. Lockdown and community quarantine are the only solutions (e.g. Philippines)

I'm suspicious that it's been in the US and wider dispersed than we think. There's no consistent set of symptoms, except in critical cases. So if you have recent had / get a weird cold that has a bizarre combination of symptoms, could be this. Or not.
