Govt could put a lot of young people in a dorm, infect them all and isolate them for 2 weeks. Then you have people not able to carry virus any more. Hire them for nursing homes.

A good read. “This is not a tornado, it’s a hurricane”... makes you wonder how tech can help limit the spread. Like what kind of location/proximity based methods can be used to give folks “gentle reminders” when they are in crowded areas for prolonged periods

If we ignore what UK says and just look at what it does, this "herd immunity" strategy requires it to change basically nothing. Rather than saying the UK "chooses" to go this route, it's more like it picked a strategy that matches it's ability of action.
