How do you know this is exponentially growing if it's too early? Judgement call?

No. It only SEEMS too early for those who don’t see/understand exponential growth. With just a few days/weeks of data from China, in December, we knew. Truthfully, EVERY breakout is exponential. The question is how large is the base or what’s the doubling time.
