Imagine NYC locked down from entry or exit like Wuhan. Unless deaths skyrocket, I doubt that would ever happen.

Because they’re testing in large numbers and quarantining or treating people who are positive for the virus. The only reason US doesn’t report more confirmed cases because we are not even able to test all the people that need to.
