Maybe not necessary if they do Singapore-style screening. They have the surveillance infrastructure in place already to follow up with anybody testing positive...

This crisis has the potential to accelerate the shift in economic clout towards Asia. I wouldn’t be surprised to China recover while the west is deep in the epidemic. Also that market is large enough to absorb part of the demand loss.
