        That reporter had to read past the first paragraph, where I say "no one knows yet how much" the funding market would be affected, and ignore the "How much should you lower them? We don't know yet..." immediately after the quote she picked out.

        Often true that when reading journos on a subject I know well, my trust for news in general falls. Have to remember that reality, when reading things I do NOT know well. They are just as unreliable and absurd, I just don't know it.
