I finally managed to have the DMCA notification, related to two tweets posted in January this year and (as usual for my activity) once before, in May 2019 dealing with the weird dynamic of Japanese racer Tetsuta Nagashima's motorbike during a MotoGP race.

Being a double notification, it possibly triggered the temporary block, which can be bypassed by acknowledging Twitter's copyright rules (clicking on the usual button "I read them"). With the notification, I could write to the sender to ask for the retraction.

I did this many times, probably 10 or 12 times. In other words, I tried to defend this account with all my strenght in years of activity. But everytime it happens, I admit, it gets harder. I tried to reduce the amount of material used, less seconds in gifs, in videos.

I've tried to be more than scrupulous in attributing the right and proper credits, linking the sources, inviting and stimulating to click on the links, watch the original videos, read the original articles... But it's never enough. Your account is still blocked.

If I just receive another DMCA report, considering the current status of temporary block, only 'temporarily disarmed', the account is going to be suspended as it was for 17 days between November and December 2017.
