Winegard strikes me as somewhat disingenuous but he’s certainly right about that.

A regression to infantilism, of craving offense, and seeking "justice". Ah the joys of youth. The students are there to learn, but don't understand their privilege, and instead project onto whatever demographic happens to be the majority in the society they find themselves in.

But why qualify freedom with "academic"?

It has been happening for a while, say something scientific even suggesting that same sex marriage is bad for kids or something along those lines about it's better not to push kids to be homosexual on a scientific and you'll be lynched. There are other similar examples ...

This is the sort of stuff we think only happens in other countries. We are a country that welcomed all the scientists during WWII, have more Nobel Laureates than any other countries. How do we turn this ship back around?
