What's a company that, in your opinion, will become the next Craigslist in a sense that it will be unbundled & many billion dollar companies will emerge as a result? For example, some people say this about LinkedIn. I think Twitter is an interesting dark horse candidate here.

We need a GitHub for marketing. That will peel off from LI. Marketing is so subjective it needs its own space for debate and discussion.

There exists small pockets for “GitHub for Tech Sales”

hahaha. it would have been a lot more interesting if I had had a plausible answer for PG&E! but it’s hard to imagine power generation breaking into many different verticals, unless it’s hyper local for some reason.

It could be PG&E. The infrastructure costs to make energy are enormous. But energy is cheap if you can eliminate that factor. The unbundling would be a move from centralized to decentralized with a company or product that allowed individuals or small groups to produce power.
