I have noticed, albeit anecdotally, that left-wing activists tend to engage more in indirect aggression (e.g., getting people fired, maligning their reputations), whereas right-wing activists tend to engage more in direct aggression (e.g., sending people death threats).
Far-right attackers use reply, far-left attackers use retweet-with-comment.
