Yes, at least once that I can remember, when I was running late during office hours. I apologized, since I was in fact late. (BTW, I'm a seed investor, not a VC. VCs are the stage after me.)

I don't know what you mean by that he shouted at you. But mistakes happen, no one should be yelled at. He can talk to you about it if he wants to. Yelling is a form of violence (and can be painful for some people).
