No way. Bernie's brand is antagonism. He cannot bring real solutions while saying, "I am pharma's worst nightmare"
I think Bernie means well and thus would listen to reason. I think that if he was mistaken about something, he'd want to be told about it. But I don't think Trump would. He's playing a different game.

Bernie definitely means well and I shan’t be voting for Trump. Bernie has a long history of public service. What examples do you have of him changing his mind? Trump has several albeit likely for nothing other than cynical self-interest.

What seems reasonable to him is writings of people like Marx not comparisons or West AND East Germany, Argentina Chile. Bernie is a true believer.

Even assuming Bernie means well he doesn't change his mind. As a youth he was pro communism and now as a near 80 year old he wants massive gov control of jobs, capital flight inducing wealth taxes, nationalization of energy sector, national rent control.
