A little. Having kids might make you 5% better. The main insight (especially from having 2 or more kids) is how much of people's personality is inborn.

I've basically learned that my main responsibility is to keep them alive and provide them with whatever I can when they show interest. Other than that I believe I'm quite useless in determining my kids personalities
