Recruiting existing publications, who all think they are so important that people should have to subscribe individually to each. I think the solution is going to require new publications, not just new payment models.

I'd happily subscribe if Bloomberg had a $10 or even $15/month plan. At $35 it's cost-prohibitive, especially in combination with WaPo, NYT, and WSJ. I'd pay up to $50/month for all four.
