Hands!! ahahah Also the players are not sprinting and the cardio is not that intense. In PürInstinct, we play with our hands AND our feet... it's the complete sport and truly the most athletic sport on the planet. Reuniting the best all on one field... now that's innovation!
In Futsal you sprint as much as you can in a confined space. Any other sport in the same space would have the same limits.

It sounds to me like this is a solution in search of a problem. That is a common problem with startup ideas. If I were you, I'd just use Futsal as the game and focus on the other parts.
