I love it when people tell me a startup idea that goes against most current trends.
The biggest is probably that you have to move to SV for 3 mos. That can be inconvenient for some people. On the other hand, moving to SV even for 3 mos can be quite useful to a startup.

The biggest con for any such competitive program is time waste if you do not get in. Making videos is not that easy.
