Love you Paul and respect you tremendously!!! It has changed since, but I had an encounter in 2013 with someone helping with YC Startup School. The application required* age. I pushed to inquire why this was even a thing. I was later told it was to filter out persons over 30.

I agree there is not now. But in 2013/2014 age was a required field on the application.
