"crooks" presupposes premeditated dishonesty. What the tweet says, rather, is that a certain level of wealth cannot be deserved, no matter what you do. Passed a certain cap, you're "taking", even though most rich people are merely willfully ignorant, or simply naive.

Please explain how selling your billionth widget is different in terms of “taking” than your millionth, or your hundredth? If doing the same thing just at scale, why is there a “cap” where the business no longer deserves to make the same incremental profit in the same business?

There's a difference between being rich (like millionaire) and ultra-rich (like billionaire). You can become millionaire by working but you can't become billionaire simply by working: you have to exploit people, abuse a monopoly position, do tax evasion ...
